If I'm mistaken this picture is making fun of the "girl in the refrigerator". The "girl in the refrigerator" is a thing where characters are given a female love interest just so she can be killed in a horrible and gruesome way to give the male hero motivation. It is based on a story from DC comics Green Lantern Hal Jordan.
